Derek has worked in financial services since 1991, covering roles from proof processing to Treasury at the branch level. He became the youngest senior lending manager at a major Australian bank, writing over S15M a month. In 2006, Derek moved into investment banking, brokering deals with Chengdu Government (China) and Colombo Rail (Sri Lanka). With 20 years of experience in sales, finance, and property development, he holds AFSL Authorised Representative status and has completed hundreds of millions in finance and developments.
